STEP 2:

Within the Editing comment group, click the arrow on the Comment button.

This will reveal an Edit Comments option. Click on Edit Comments.

STEP 3:

The Comment Editor gives you the option to create custom comments and groups of comments. There are 20 available groups of custom comments.

To create a single custom comment, click on the Label box to create a comment or comment group, and type whatever label you desire.

STEP 4:

Now type in your custom comment in the Comment box.

STEP 5:

To create a custom group of comments, click Add Comment Group at the top right of the Comment Editor.

STEP 6:

To add comments to the new comment group, click the sub-menu arrow on the Comments button, then click the comment group you wish to edit.

STEP 7:

The new comment group will appear.

Add your custom comments in the comment boxes by typing, just as in STEP 4.

STEP 8:

You have the option to make a custom label of any new comment group - simply click on the label and type your new label.
